A couple of months ago I was enjoying a game night with some friends. They were talking about some of my instagram content - mostly the "How too with Yogajenni". These friends kept asking why I didn't have a web site and how I needed to own Yogajenni.ca and .com. So I did what everyone does after too many glases of wine with old friends. I went home and looked up the URL and bought both yogajenni.ca and yogajenni.com.
This is not my first shot at writting a blog. Years ago as a young mother and frenshly annointed yoga teacher I wrote a blog for Lamaze Ottawa. A small business that I ran for many years and loved. I also loved the blog. I loved connecting with others who were on a journey that connected with mine. At that time I would received the occasional email or message about what I had written and it was inspiring. Inspiring to continue sharing. I was asked by a friend not too long ago why I stopped. My answer is I don't know? I suppose life got more and more full with raising three children, then returning school, getting divorced and buildling my business, getting married and ending that marriage as well. Not to mention a global pandemic.
I want to say that this time will be different but I'm not sure if it will. My life is full and with a full life it means I have limited time. I'm hoping to use some of my new leanred skills of plannig and organization to keep on track and stay with the commitments I have made to myself.
2025 started out with some really big changes. I'm at some point I might get into that at a later time. 2026 is planning to be a banger year (do people still say that). I saw this post the other day about 2025 being the year of the snake and a year of shedding what no longer fit, a year of letting go, and man did I feel that in both subtled and not so subltle ways. 2026 bring us the year of the Horse a year of movement and momentum and can say I am so ready to run! I have big things planned for 2026 and I can't wait. I have full confidence that some of these things are going to be hard and worth it.
I hope some of you will join me on the journey of 2026 and lets see what happens as we gain movement and momentum .

All of this💫🏃♀️
That’s awesome. Hopefully we can get together at some point and hear all of your stories in person
Let's go!!
